Deluxe Treatments
Javanese Lulur (Mandi Lulur)
This treatment, enjoyed by Javanese royalty since the 17th century, is a truly delicious experience, which will leave the skin soft, supple and shining. Begin with a ritual foot scrub while sipping Jamu tonic, followed by a jasmine oil massage. Then the entire body is painted with the traditional Javanese "lulur’, a granular paste containing tumeric, sandalwood, cinnamon and rice powder. The paste is then rubbed to gently exfoliate the skin, after which you are slathered with yogurt and seated in the steam shower, allowing the yogurt to permeate the skin. The yogurt’s enzymes stimulate cell activity, restore the skin’s PH balance, and result in a silky smoothness of the skin. Ocean and Flowers
This is a truly relaxing experience, as well as being extremely beneficial as an anti-cellulite treatment. Begin with a relaxing foot bath, while sipping a healthful Jamu tonic. This is followed by a massage using long, undulating strokes, similar to the rhythm of ocean waves. The body is then wiped with finely ground sea salt and volcanic clay. Salt Glow

Japanese Nightingale Facial
The unique ingredient of Nightingale droppings is used. Geisha girls for centuries have used this to lighten and soften their skin. Essential oils are added to the droppings to match your skin type, and used as a cleaner and/or mask. Deep pore extraction and facial massage are also done in this treatment.

The newest of all the Santa Fe spas is at the Eldorado hotel. Recently completed this spa has designed its treatments, style and ingredients honoring the Native American traditions and indigenous plants of New Mexico.
The treatments are categorized in terms of the four directions because the idea is that each direction offers different qualities such as season, energy patterns, and herbal types. They are as follows;

Blue Corn, considered sacred by the native people, is used to soften and purify the skin while Anasazi Beans help to clarify and tighten pores. Our hand-mixed mole mud features natural clays from the Southwest blended with cocoa powder and regional mole spices of cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon to purify and nourish the skin. After a luxurious dry skin brushing, your body is enveloped in our warm, aromatic mole mud and lightly wrapped to retain natural body heat. A cleansing shower and application of hydrating body lotion is followed by a 25-mnute back massage to leave your skin nourished and your spirits refreshed.
